All men, ages 18 and up, are invited to the Men’s RE-CHARGE Event, April 13-15, at George L. Smith State Park. The deposit for the event is just $30 and is due by March 18. Final cost and schedule will be updated shortly.

Wednesday nights starting April 26th, we’re offering an opportunity to learn about The Bait of Satan from John Bevere. Each Wednesday, the adult class will dive into short video sessions with John and then couple that with in-house discussion.

There is no fee to attend the course and you will receive a Participant Guide, printable Declarations, and more!

Additionally, you can purchase The Bait of Satan book for just $5.00. The book is not necessary to complete the course, but it greatly enhances what you will learn. Plus, we highly recommend this book for your personal Christian library.

The first session of this course began last Wednesday. We will continue with the second session on Wednesday, May 10th at 7pm.
We still have some books available for $5. Please see Christy on Sundays or Wednesdays to purchase one.

Our teens and young adults will be attending Motion 17 this July. Fundraisers are underway to assist them in raising the monies needed for transportation, lodging, tickets, and more. Please consider assisting them as they raise their funds.

Here are a few of the upcoming (and in-process) fundraisers. Simply contact any of the youth or youth leaders if you wish to support them

• Krispy Kreme Doughnut Fundraiser – *available now* purchase a dozen or certificates that are redeemable for a dozen
• Rusty Pig Boston Butt Fundraiser – *soon* Purchase a ticket redeemable for Boston Butt from the Rusty Pig.
• T-shirts, mugs, and hats – *soon* This fundraiser will begin after Easter. You can purchase some awesome shirts and other items branded in a fashion similar to Blessed Girl shirts.
• Scrap Metal Pick Up — we’ve already done one haul and can add you to the next. If you have metal to donate, simply contact Brooks Perez to coordinate pickup.

We’re halfway through our Building Easter series with the 1st-6th grade students. Join us each Sunday and Wednesday after worship as these youngsters explore the story of Easter using Lego-themed lessons.

April’s theme for our monthly church dinner is Pizza! Wednesday, April 5 at 7:00 pm.

Every family should bring enough pizza (homemade or store bought) to feed their family plus share. Also, please bring a drink and dessert to share as well. We will have a couple different types of wings as well as a salad.

Our monthly “dinner” for October is a bit different than usual! If you come to the church building that evening, you won’t find us there. Instead, we’ll be gathered around the bonfire worshiping and enjoying some desserts and S’mores.

Gather with us on Wednesday, October 5th at 7:00 (or come a bit earlier for Volleyball).

Each family should plan to bring a drink and dessert to share. If you can, please bring a small package of Glow Sticks. You can get them at the Dollar Tree. The church will provide all the S’mores items as well.

Our monthly dinner is taking a decidedly yummy turn. Join us on Wednesday, September 7th at 7:00 pm.  We’ll be featuring a Build Your Own Burrito, Nacho, and Taco Night.

The church will supply the taco meat, chips, tortillas, and taco shells.

Each family please sign up in the foyer to bring:

• 1 condiment item
• 1 side item
• a drink
• a dessert

The Junior and Senior High Youth will be having an Ice Cream Night on Wednesday, August 31. We’ll be welcoming the new Youth Leaders: Mr. Brooks and Mrs. Angela Perez and getting a look at what’s on the horizon for Assembly 412.

Everyone should bring a topping to share and we’ll make sure there’s plenty of ice cream to go around!!! See you Wednesday!
